Apprenticeships are no longer capped on age or qualification. Higher apprenticeship degrees are now available for employees even if they already have a degree which will help employers attract a new calibre of employee! Business leaders also heard from Dr Cham, an experienced business, marketing and leadership consultant. Dr Cham provided a snapshot of what modern leadership is and the impact it can make to you and your employees. The UK productivity lags behind other leading countries and as a nation we are working more hours and getting less productive! Why? Leadership style cannot be completely to blame but modern leadership can help to motivate, realise full capacity of the team and utilise company resources more effectively along with improving ownership, decision making and encourage innovation. Dr Cham’s insight demonstrated how modern leadership can play a key role in business growth and productivity. 2020 and Qinesis are working in partnership to deliver a one day conference on the 11th October providing a range of insightful key note speakers, proactive workshops and an invitation to look up leaders program.
