Mansfield & Ashfield 2020 together we mean business

Purpose Media unveils new head office

Full-service marketing agency Purpose Media has unveiled its new-look head office.

The firm, which has more than doubled in size over the past 18 months following the creation of new creative, video, digital marketing, and PR and content divisions, needed bigger premises to accommodate its growing workforce.

It has acquired, knocked through and fitted out two additional units adjacent to its existing offices at The Village, off junction 28 of the M1, meaning it now owns four buildings on the estate, totalling 7,200 sq ft of commercial workspace.

The main aim of the expansion was to create a modern, flexible and collaborative office and studio environment which encourages teamworking, creativity and collaboration. It will enable the firm to attract and retain the best new talent, boost team morale by keeping existing staff happy and motivated, and showcase itself in the correct manner to existing and potential clients.

Within the fit out, feature rooms such as The Bar, The Diner, The Garden, The Lounge, The Hall, The Studio, The Exchange, The Dugout and The Office have been created.

Managing Director Matt Wheatcroft said: “The past 18 months have seen significant changes at Purpose Media. Our employee headcount has gone from 15 to 38, we’ve increased our turnover by 60% and have totally transformed our business model, going from an e-commerce website developer to a full-service marketing agency.

“To accommodate our growth, we need premises which will enable us to attract and retain the best talent, and showcase all the services we can offer to our clients. Our new workspace does just that. It makes it easier for our in-house experts to collaborate and develop creative and innovative solutions which meet our clients’ needs.

“The way we have grown the business means we can now offer the perfect blend of creativity, technical expertise and real business acumen to ensure every project we deliver is commercially successful and our clients gain a return on their investment as a result of our advice, expertise and services. Our new offices give us the platform on which to deliver our core aim of helping our clients to create memorable experiences for their customers.”
